Summary: After over a hundred years alone, a deaf vampire Bella finds the Cullen family. With no memory of her human past, and no way to communicate with the world, how can they help her? Canon.
Ramble: Something about stories that have characters with disabilities that catches the eyes. Perhaps the fact that the readers imagine people characters that are 'normal' having to imagine or picture the characters as people with disabilities. The fact that they might be more dependent that in the original story. I'll admit, in the beginning, it was a little hard for me to follow what was being said, or thought but after a while it all makes sense.
