A place for me to keep track of the stories I read. I don't mean to offend anyone with my rambles or posts. Before I go on further; I would like to thank the authors for putting up their stories.
A quick warning. Some of my rambles (or even the way I label the posts) may contain spoilers. The rambles are my way of leaving myself a trail to follow in the future, if I want to reread the story (there are some that I read again and again and again...)

Prints Charming
Summary: Written for the Write What You Know Contest. Both aspiring photographers, Bella and Edward had quickly become best friends. She fell in love with him. He didn't feel the same... at the time.
Ramble: Although I cannot remember where exactly I found this story, I enjoyed reading it a lot. I love it when the story revolves around photos or photographers, and this story has a really good balance between what is happening and the pictures. The name of the story is really catching too!

Object in Motion
Summary: None that I can find right now about this original piece of fiction
Ramble: This is a great story. I have read stories from this author before, and still cannot get over how the words just seem to suck me into the stories. Now that I have noticed more completed stories, I will be off to read them right after this. The chapters of this story are on the short side, but they do not lack in details. Each chapter has a picture to help visualize the artwork, but a lot of times, I found that the words did a great job of paining the picture in my mind. As I was reading, I was picturing the actual pieces, and touching them myself (I am always tempted to when going through different exhibits).

Snapshots of Desire
Summary: An up and coming model. A photographer. A sensual photo shoot...
Ramble: A caring photographer gets to watch a model slowly relax and enjoy a photo shoot. There is an interesting suggestion made at the end, but that is for another story. Some of the other characters that were on the set at the beginning of the story fits in with my expectations of what they would have said in the same situation.

New Developments
Summary: AU/AH OOC O/S EPOV: Edward is a photographer for Skin Deep. He meets Bella Swan, a new tatoo model, and a budding friendship slowly turns into something more. Dedicated to Chartwilighmom. Lemons.
Ramble: Photographer Edward who goes around taking pictures of tattoos, meets Bella on one of his jobs. The two become good friends over the years. We follow them, as Edward goes to Japan for shots of the newest ink addition to Bella, and things develop from there. A wonderfully written lemon.

FotoWard

Emotional Ties
Summary: Edward suffers deep pain from rocky relationships that have left him broken. Can a picture from an unknown photographer change his entire belief in love?
Ramble: Not trusting anyone emotionally, Edward lets his feet lead him. On the way, a photographer takes a picture and asks him to go to her show.

In Search of the Lost Sapphire
Summary: AU. Kenshin is a top photojournalist searching for his lost sapphire. But who knows if he would find more than just the lost sapphire?
Ramble: At first, I really thought the story is about an actual gem. The story starts out as a story about a photographer, who become really famous for a picture he took. Readers follow as he travels around the world, looking for the object in the story. A warning out to readers, this is a sad story. So don't expect the good old happily ever after ending!!

The Assignment
Summary:
Bella's new photography assignment puts her in need of a nude male model. Bella's friends find her in need of a bit more. Written for the Through the Lens One-shot Contest
Thank you to MDealsWithIt for the fabulous banner =)
Ramble: The opening lines of this story is really entertaining. The idea of Bella taking picture of naked people is just really surprising. Later we find out that she is actually a pharmacy major, and photography is her hobby. Since I don't want to give too much away, I will just leave it at that for now. :>Thursday, September 16, 2010
Chain Reaction
Summary:
Summary: Bella is a rising fashion photographer. She isn't as lucky in her love life as she is in her professional one. She's hired by Edward, an American model with great popularity in Europe, to take some pictures for his book. Will he be just what she needs, or just another thorn in her side?
Banner made by me.
;o)
Note: This is an O/S that as of now I have no intention to continue.
Ramble: It is a little sad to see that this will stay a oneshot, but at the same time, it is really good as is. Model Edward and Photographer Bella makes a really interesting story. Although the roles have been done by other authors, this is one of the fist where the couple meets with this kind of 'problem'. There is something about this story, that really strikes me as reality, or something that can happen in reality (maybe the assumptions characters make?). Really cool banner too!!Saturday, August 14, 2010
Game, Set, Match
Summary: Bella is hired as a photographer to do a photo feature on the cocky, playboy tennis pro Edward Cullen. Bella is determined to resist his charms, but Edward can't seem to leave her alone. Does love really mean nothing in tennis? Slightly OOC, AH. Rated M
Ramble: There is something about sporty Edward and a photographer Bella. The whole story is really good. I was almost stuck to the computer the whole time (I would have if I could but alas real life got in the way). Some family issues come up, but in general, the story has really strong families and friendships. This is the first tennis story I have read so far (I think...) but pretty good. I remember with my first exposure to tennis, I couldn't figure out why people said love-1 not knowing that it was the score (so it was really nice of the author to explain it early out in the story).

Picture Worth A Thousand Words
Summary: Edward is a 24-year-old Virgin Model for Brandon-Swan Studios. What happens when he does a photo shoot with the famous photographer, Miss Swan? An O/s for the 'Pop My Cherry' Contest! Rated M for lemony-goodness!
Ramble: I should look into the other contest entries. This is a pretty steamy story that can probably be expanded into a multi-chapter story (if the author wants to...). Have to admit that this is one type of paring I find interesting. Love between people, one who is on stage/in the public's eyes, and one who is more of a behind the scenes type.
