Ramble: I'll admit this is a super sweet story! I mean, a very cute scene of Edward and Bella playing when they were younger, to Edward taking a leap of faith. While he could have had better timing, better late than never?

Family Secrets (the Redo)
Family secrets (the Redo) and the out takes written by: glassbug
Summary: What happens when Bella is attacked and her mob family find out she's pregnant? How does a protective family act when one of their own is attacked? No one knows for certain, the only thing they do know is they will kill anyone in their way to protecting her.
Ramble: First off, a big thank you to the author. There are a few chapters that has some details that can be triggers. I really like how the author mentions it, and even has a safe chapter for those who what to skip the gory details. From what I can tell, the author has the censored version in bold, I'm guessing so people know what was changed between the two versions.
An interesting mob story where Edward and Bella pretty much grows up together. A quick warning, this story isn't for people who like Charlie. There were quite a few times when I wanted to go in and smack him around myself.

Fixing Past Regrets

Summary: Returning home for the first time in five years for her father's wedding was one thing, but she didn't expect this. A/H
Ramble: Not going to include the doctor tag this round. I mean Edward is a doctor in this story, but it doesn't play a big role in the story, it is just used to describe his job. This is a very quick read which has a really good summary. The ending is a little open, with a huge hint, and a general idea as to how it goes (not the annoying kind of open ended ending where you know the author is setting up for a sequel).

Ramble: Wow, Isabella has so many names in this story!! It is a pretty quick read that has a mob family as well as mentions of tattoos and piercings. Noting super graphic is described... well it is a little violent when they get their revenge, but for the most part,

Summary: When Edward and Bella meet, Bella's already a vampire...who knows more about him than he does. But, she has a power that everyone wants. Will love still blossom between the two? Summary sucks...but it's better than it sounds.
Ramble: An all powerful Bella in this story. Turns out she knows Edward really well because they grew up together. We find out that she is the heir to the vampire throne, and ends with an introduction to Charles. There is a sequel to the story, but that will have to wait for a bit (so I'll add it to my 'to-read' pile). My mind wants to jump to a different kind of story.

They grow up together, until a quarrel between them creates estrangement. When they meet again, four years later, what happens? [Now has a better 2nd version]
Ramble: I know that there is a second version, but I'm going to wait till it is complete before reading it. Yes, I'm still avoiding in progress works for now. I like being able to finish the story on my own. I've spent many nights hooked on a story, and I'm just too impatient to wait for the next update, though it was a lot of fun, leaving comments and looking forward to the next chapter, once upon a time.
From what I can tell, I am pretty sure I have read this story before. Right now, I'm just exploring different stories again. This is a fun childhood story. A romance that starts from friendship and develops into something more. (note to self: In this story, Mr. Darcy reveals that he has a 6th sense of color towards the end of the story. )

Ramble: I don't know why but I really like stories where they meet as children. While I don't have a copy of that story, I am thinking about getting a copy to read again. Because of the change in how they meet, parts of the story changed as well. There are some more scenes that make your cringe, and a few where your heart just goes out for the character. Everything works out in the end, and I believe the author has a story that focuses on the children from this story. For now, I'll probably wait for that to be a complete story before trying it... I find that I don't like waiting for the next chapter to be posted most of the time.

Summary: How does Edward tell his best friend's wife, who he happens to be in love with, that her husband is cheating on her? His plans to let it go for the night are spoiled when the woman he loves knocks at his door at four a.m. EXB Mature
Ramble: So Bella starts out married to Jacob and things don't go as planned. Instead of enjoying her marriage, she eventually feels more like a trophy wife than anything else. A nice story pretty quick read. While it is a quick read, it is well paced. :)

Dangerously in Love

Summary: Bella thought she had found everything in Edward Masen, but when he mysteriously vanishes from her life without a trace Bella has no choice but to move on. When Bella moves to Washington DC three years later her past comes back to hit her in the face with dangerous consequence's . AH
Ramble: One of the longer stories, but so amazing. Bella in the beginning reminded me a lot of the Bella from the book when Edward leaves her. This is a little different, and I will admit that I love her character by the end of the story. A story that pulled at my heart strings as I was reading.

Ramble: Shows that there are times where love is not enough if the timing is not right. The title is a very good hint as to the permanent reminder Bella has from the one night.

Ramble: This story moves pretty quickly from start to finish, and the summary pretty much sums it up.

Summary: Bella is Jasper's younger sister. After discovering the news of her missing brother, she runs to the forest where she is found by a vampire and changed. Now, years later, she is in Forks, and she finds the person she thought she had lost forever.
Ramble: Ok, so I finally added an incomplete label with this story. This is the second time I remember reading this story, and wanted to have a way to keep track of all the stories I read. Looking at the last updated date, I don't think this story will be updated any time soon though. :/

Summary: Edward and Bella were friends in high school, but found love just before he went away to college. They haven't seen each other in 6 years. Will the lie she told him change everything when he finds out? Has years of struggle made a change in Bella? AH M
Ramble: Friends with secrete crushes on each other. We get an idea of how 5 close friends grow up and end up as couples (with the addition of one more person). There is a side of palm reading (very informal and super quick mention) to explain some of the actions between Edward and Bella. All in all, this is a good story for people who like the characters go though some obstacle before they finally get their 'happily ever after' type of ending.

Blood & Glory

Summary: The definition of a mercenary is a soldier for hire. His crew are trained fighting machines. Hers are smart PIs. What happens when they need each other to survive? Canon couples. AH/AU/ Rated M for lots of reasons, including violence and lemons
Ramble: This story has a good balance of crime and punishment. It kind of starts out with one problem that slowly gets the characters more and more involved. Edward is approached by Carlisle to find and rescue Bella. Edward and the boys are ex-air force who turned into hired killers who work for Carlisle who while 'retired' still pulls a lot of strings in the government by doing the jobs the government cannot do (you catch my drift?). As that one mission starts, it pretty much takes the whole story to finish the mission. I love the technology between Alice and Ben, not only that, but some of the gadgets that are mentioned in the story sounds pretty awesome!

Summary: Bella and Edward have just met in person but they have known of each other's presence since they were both conceived. See as Bella discovers herself and Edward discovers exactly what he is, together. Secret powers will be unravelled. rating may change
Ramble: There are a few time jumps in this story, earlier in the childhood, but once they grow up, time passes in a more stable manner. An interesting family background for the Cullens... I don't want to say anymore just because it is pretty interesting to find out as one is reading.
